As a Deputy Sergeant with 18 years of law enforcement experience throughout Solano County, Roy Stockton has worked directly with community partners to address challenges involving homelessness, mental health, and substance abuse.
He has seen firsthand the impact these issues have on residents, businesses, first responders, and those experiencing homelessness — as well as the challenges facing those working to provide support.
